招聘职位: General Ledger Accountant：1 Person

Act as internal auditor between Tianjin and Xinjiang factories；econcile general ledger with subsidiary ledger；repare bank reconciliation；ake adjustment entry between corporate book and country book；ccrued and amortizing all kind of expense；n charge of yearly end financial statements auditing；n charge of every end of year financial statements auditing

Bachelor or above, major in accountant；-3 years audit firm working experience is required；o less than 5 years GL accountant or related working experience ；RP system experience is necessary ；apable of reading and writing English material. CET –4 or above

Process Engineer：1 Person

Drive process consistency, stability and capability；evelop communication channel to and from process engineers at the production facilities and Global Manufacturing Engineering；ead teams for product and process installations, global project initiatives and local CI projects ；rovide direct problem solving support to the production and quality functions

Bachelor degree in engineering, or a related fields； or more years of related experience. Demonstrated ability to produce results through process optimization and improvements.；n-depth knowledge of Quality Systems；trong technical, process focused resource with a deep understanding and interest in optimization of blade manufacturing processes. Capacity to conceptualize new processes/ways of working；roject management knowledge and skill set；ean or Lean Six Sigma training preferred.

Marketing Specialist ：1 Person

Plan and implement marketing strategies towards local customers.Focus on the marketing job of direct wind power equipment customers and related ；rganizations, such as power plant.Develop & maintain account relationships to gain greater influence as measured by high value repeat business. Develop, implement, marketing plans and marketing programs ；egularly update marketing information (market data, product trends and competitive information) Collect customer feedback and co-ordinate market research activities for reporting.

Bachelor degree or above, majored in Marketing related fields；ood English skills and communication skills.Strong analysis and sensitivity in marketing area.At least 5 years related working experience.

Production Shift Supervisor：2 Persons

Control and reduce production costs, e.g. material cost, consumables; initiate cost aving measures.Follow the HSE, 5S and continue improvement(CI) issues in work shop.Collect and deliver accurate process data as required by the management onitor, motivate and evaluate performance of all the direct labor in shift, and communicate with workers for improvement or dismissal to suggest. Be a bridge between the management and the labor ; Enhance information exchange with the labor

Bachelor degree or above, majored in industrial and related fields ；ore than 3 years production on line management experience in mechanical engineering industry or composite material productGood English skills for speaking and writing.CET-4 or above.Familiar with ERP systemCan adapt the night shift work.Be responsible for taking his/her commitment for group quality policy
